This page lists the key categories of subprocessors and service providers that may process customer data or personal information in connection with Skill Readiness. Named provider details are available to customers for procurement, security, or privacy diligence under appropriate confidentiality conditions. Not every provider category is used for every customer, workspace, or feature.
Current key provider categories
Cloud hosting and infrastructure
Application hosting, container registry, logging, secrets, and runtime infrastructure.
Database and backup services
Primary application database, managed database hosting, and backup services.
Object storage
Workspace assets, uploaded files, and related storage infrastructure.
Transactional email
Account, invite, assessment, notification, and service email delivery.
Payments and billing
Payment processing, checkout, billing records, and payment webhooks where paid plans are used.
Analytics and product telemetry
Website or product analytics where analytics are enabled.
Provider locations
Provider processing locations depend on the relevant service configuration, customer agreement, and provider infrastructure. Where customer-specific residency or transfer terms are required, they should be agreed in the relevant order form, statement of work, or data processing agreement.
Changes
We may update this list as the platform changes. For material changes affecting customer personal data, we will use reasonable efforts to notify affected customers through normal account, support, or contract channels where required by the customer agreement.
